Ocean Sound

The band wanted the video to hold several ideas at once: change, self-reflection, and the cycle of a river dying into a cloud that returns as rain, echoing the idea of memento mori and life's finite nature, learning to accept and let things flow. They also wanted the video to carry their own Latin playfulness alongside the character of Nova Scotia's coastline, blending two distinct identities into one cohesive visual world.

The video was set on a Nova Scotia coastline, split across two moods that follow the song's structure. Verses and pre-chorus unfold at sunset in soft pink, lavender, and gold, echoing the band's Latin warmth, while the chorus shifts to a slower, darker night scene in deep ocean blue, with a lighthouse beam sweeping across the water. Backgrounds were illustrated in Procreate, then animated in Procreate Dreams, including the lyric text, moving clouds, and reflected light.

The finished video resonated with the band's fanbase, and the band members themselves noted how well it reflected and complemented the song.
